XFi app

When i go to my app, all of a sudden it’s asking me to upgrade. All my devices and router are compatible. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and back in. Help please.

Hi, Blazerae - Let me take a look at your account and check what causes the issue with xFi App. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or account number. Thank you!

I'm having the same issue. XFi app says I need to upgrade, but XFINITY My Account says I have the latest equpment.
