XFi app showing devices as "offline"

XFi app showing devices as "offline"

I've been using the XFi app for a week now without a problem, and now it's showing my MacBook, iPhone and Apple Watch as being offline; despite the fact that I am writing this on my iPhone. I don't know why it's doing this. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I am also not using my 2.4 network, but if I am "offline" shouldn't that field be blank?
