XFi app not working

XFi app not working

I installed the Xfi app on both an Android and iOS device, the first time I ran it it told me I needed to upgrade my Hardware. I got the new modem in the mail, set it up, it is working fine. But when I run the app on either device it just freezes. It still tells me that I need to upgrade, but all the buttons are disabled.

Hi Richa701, this is a common error with the app and the modem that can resolved by deleting the app and then rebooting your modem. Once the modem comes back online you can download the app again and test your results.
