Upgraded equipment for xFi but can't access xFi website or app

Upgraded equipment for xFi but can't access xFi website or app

I recieved and install the new xFi capable equipment. Setup completed and internet and wifi works fine yet the xFi website and smartphone app says I need an equipment upgrade. Can I get some assistance with this?
