Upgrade Equipement Message

I recently upgraded my modem to have xFi. The WiFi appears to be working as I see the signal broadcasted, but I cannot access the xFi platform through the app on IOS. Getting a you must upgrade your equipement message. Any ideas?

SirWalterJones, newly activated Gateways can sometimes take 24-36 hours to become fully xFi enabled. You should be good to access and begin using xFi now. Please check again at your convenience and let me know if you still experience any issues. Thanks!
