I am having the same issue with the modem. 

 

It also seems that this modem does not like multiple switches connected to it and has difficulty routing traffice.  

 

Very disappointed in the new Arris modem and the XFi application.  I've tried to get my old style back and I just get a blank stare from the store clerks...

 

The xFi application has some serious shortcomings.
