Pause not working

I know that others have reported the issue but I never found any kind of resolution.  Can anyone from Comcast (or anywhere else) give some insight on how to make this work?

Hi smeeky, would you be able to provide some more details around what happens when you pause a device in xFi?

Do you receive an error when trying to pause a device?

Sure, I am using the android app to pause access as well as having bed times set.  Neither appears to be working.  I tried to solve the problem by removing the devices in question (one desktop Windows PC and one Amazon fire) and re-adding them to person's profile.  The app shows the devices are paused but in actuality the user still has Wifi access.  The devices are only connected to my home network--the Xfinity Wifi is turned off on my gateway and there not any other open wifi around me.

 

If there is any other info you require please let me know.

It says that there’s a solution here but every time I click on it and I get nowhere. Can someone help me find the link to the solution for Wi-Fi positing not working?
