Pause Wi-Fi

Pause Wi-Fi

I am having trouble pausing the wi-fi on my children's devices. The only internet connection available is our xfinity wi-fi. I have cleared their cookies. I have restarted our router. However, they are still able to access the wi-fi even though all the devices have been paused. I read via the forum that there have been issues with the pause feature. How can I get help with this issue?

carazc, please send me a private message with your service address and ZIP as well as 1 or 2 MAC addresses for devices you are trying to pause. Once I get this information, we can get started on investigating the issue.
