How can I get the Firmwire update? I just finished installed a brand new Gateway. Trying to instal pods now and keep receiving the same message that I need to update. Please advise

Hi, I just checked quick and it looks like your Cisco has the required 2.8 firmware for Pods. Can you please try rebooting the Gateway twice and then onboarding your pods?

You can reboot your Gateway through xFi by selecting Restart Gateway or by powercycling the Gateway.
