Go to Device Details and there is a "Forget Device" option.
I have tried to delet eunknown devices with "delete this device" but it says I have to disconnect it first. How am I supposed to do this if Ihave no idea what device it is? Isnt there a way to erase all devices and start from scratch?
grkgrl, you can try factory resetting your modem.
I'm looking for the same option or feature of "Delete ALL devices" - One at a time isn't practical when there's an unmanageable list. With everything being "smart" in homes now, there are easily over 30 unidentifiable devices I see hitting my home network. Having to do a hard reset is unacceptable especially when you have customized the network. What would also be nice (and I swear I've seen this option on one of the setting pages before) is to deny access to every device, even if they have the password, and let me control and name the devices one at a time.
I can help delete all devices from your network at once. In order to do so, could you please verify the following:
The first and last name of the primary account holder
The full account number or phone number associated with your services
