Can’t see my connected devices.

Can’t see my connected devices.

I can’t see any of my connected devices on my xFi app. It shows no usage at all. I have 5 devices connected to my WiFi right now. They are working fine and are connected to the internet. I need this to work to track usage and manage port forwarding. I called support an they said they can’t see the devices either.

You have to either login to your router as administrator or you can also see your total usage from your account:
