Can not unpause a device

Can not unpause a device

I've been dealing with this all day. The device will not unpause. I've done everything. Customer service is an absolute nightmare and hasn't helped me.

Rdt1126, if you are still experiencing this issue, can you please send me a Private Message with the device's MAC address. You can find this by selecting the device from xFi and viewing the Device Details. Thanks!
