Belkin/Ethernet device on my wifi network?

A belkin device shows up as having an Ethernet connection on my xFi network. Nothing has been physically connected to my router, which I got yesterday. Is this the router itself, or something else?

It's probably some kind of wifi connection.  My xFi has a "Zettamed" device.  A google showed it is probably my blood sugar tester.
