When I go to chat with an agent, I put it the general question, put in my name, my address, my zip code, my phone number, than click on "Chat with an Agent" but it just refreshes the page. It doesn't bring me to a chat window to speak with someone. It has done this over and over and over. Also, if I click on one of the options of FAQ answers (like changing service), it brings me to a new page that says you can chat with an agent. When I click on that link, it just brings me back to the page where you can start a chat with an agent, but when I put in my info, it just refreshes again. It is an endless loop. Anyone else having this problem, or someone who can help? Thanks.
