when to give an answer as to "How come the online video doesn't work correctly" ?

when to give an answer as to "How come the online video doesn't work correctly" ?

I see I'm not the only one with "Video playback problems" Comcast needs to remember, we can switch to another provider who will give the solutions needed to playback internet Video with out the Merry Go Round of "Tech Support" lol! 

 

Support; What support?
