The Weather Channel

What has happened to the Weather Channels "local on the eights"?  The bottom of the screen indicates that "Local on the 8's" is in progress but the weather report may be for Albany, NY or Albuquerque,NM.  I am expecting the weather for Brighton, Michigan.  ????????

Re: The Weather Channel

This is normal for the HD feed. The SD feed should have local information.

Re: The Weather Channel

I know that the HD feed does not have "local on the 8's".  Here in Brighton the SD feed within the past two weeks has ceased "local on the 8's" also.  I really don't care what the weather is in Billings, MT.  Kindly return the local weather.

Re: The Weather Channel

I'm not Comcast so I can't fix your weather feed. Probably fastest to contact the Weather Channel and ask them to reset your local Weatherstar box. Or send an email to "we_can_help@cable.comcast.com". Phone and chat reps will likely be clueless, but you can try them as well if you like, also http://twitter.com/ComcastCares/ if you're into that.
