I am experiencing the same issue, but with Showtime even though I am subcribed. I keep getting the Orange locked key and am then directed to comcast via Safari to subscribe. I called comcast, who confirmed I am subscribed and said there should be no issue. Delete app. delete cookies, shut down reboot and should be fine, IS NOT! Still not working on either iPhone or iPad. Going on two days now.
Same issue. Orange key for dexter. Can watch fine on lap top. Called Comcast they refreshed signal. I emptied cookies and history. Rebooted iPad. Reinstalled xfinity app. All no go. They said might take a couple days ????
I have the orange keys on iPad app and on my laptop (through xfinity tv site url). I have subscribe to every premium pay channel, but I get the "add subscription" message for every show on Max, Showtime & HBO. This has been going on for a few days. Hopefully it will get fixed soon
I am being denied to watch the xfinity to go app, espn app as well as the nbc app. Oranges keys are shown or I a asked to upgrade. This happens a few weeks ago and after 5 phone calls that took 2 hours of being or hold and after signed a two year contract with xfinity this is what happens....please help to resolve this issue
