Every time I attempt to access a show via xfinity app on my iPad 2 I get a message "sorry, an error occurred during this request". I have a good wifi signal, I confirmed that my Motorola had drv supports the app. & have even streamed a movie from the app under yhr "play now" section. But I can't get any on demand shows to work.
also, play now is the on demand programming so that is a little confusing. click the tv tab on the top of this page and then to profile in the top right make sure you do all the steps to complete your profile. make sure you have the right zip code in for your service. also if none of that works go to your box guide and to remote set up. if you see that you can delete it there and then try to resych it with the app.
