xfinity my account

my account shows old address and my account app work. "you no longer have xfinity service" also when i try to use the tv.xfinity.com it says it's unavailable?

Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489, goto BILLING and soeak with a CSR about updating your address and also reprovisioning your boxes and account information.
