There needs to be a printable version tab added to "View Bill" so that we can print out our bills!

Under the Billing tab in My Account, under Summary there's a "button" lableled View Bill Details (pdf).  That, of course, opens your bill as a PDF.  When I click on it, it opens up as a PDF within my browser (Firefox)  There's a print option within that.  Does your setup look different?

No .... All I get within Xfinity "My Account" is a tab to view bill.  When I click on that it just opens another page with details of billing.   On first page ther is no tab  to view as a PDF and then in page of "view bill" .... No printable tab.   This is in Windows 10 so if I right click and print, it prints out like 3 pages.   That's why we need a print tab on view details so it will convert to a printable version.

In my windows 10 .....  I just open account which just has a tab to View Details.    does not open as a PDF.

It just opens another page to show details.   This is where we need a print tab!

Hello dooleydenns.

You stated: "It just opens another page to show details." - This would indicate the PDF view of your bill is opening withing your web browser. You usually can print directly from your web browser.

If that gives you trouble, please follow the link provided by Rustyben.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
