scammed and can't get into my account.  I'd like Sophos to help me.  It's free for Mac users and I'd likeTeamViewer.com to do it so I don't have to wrestle with passwords.

To get help with your account call 800-Comcast and if they can verify you they can assist (directions and step by step) but they would not use a team viewer type of product to do it for you.
