My Xfinity rep who assisted me with bundling our services emailed me five coupons worth $5.99 each to use toward movie rentals, all five of which are valid thru Sep 16. When tried to activate them, my account shows a zero balance. Please advise how to activate these coupons so that the combined balances are applied to my account.
You must visit that website on a device that doesn't have the xfinity app. So either uninstall the app and try the website on an internet web browser, or try from a non mobile device, or even a different module device that does not have the app, so you can access it through a full web page and it doesn't redirect you to the app site.
