can there be more than 1 primary. if there is a roblem only the primary can aapprove certainthings that may need done. if single  primary  is not available then what

With the My Account App, you can personalize permissions for a secondary Comcast user id assigned to the account. As an XFINITY customer, you can manage what secondary users on your account are able to do. You can assign access to account settings, which allows users to change their username and email settings. You can also assign access to bill pay, which allows users to view or pay bills. Please see the steps below that will walk you through Setting Secondary XFINITY Username Permissions

 

Manage Secondary User Permissions

Follow these steps to manage what your secondary users can do:

  1. Sign in to My Account as the primary user.
  2. Click the Users tab at the top of the page.
    The My Account homepage, with Users selected.
     
  3. Select the user you want to edit.
    The Users page, with a list of Users.
     
  4. On the next page, in the Permissions window, toggle the secondary user's permissions for basic access to account settings and/or to view and pay bills.
    The option after having selected Users, with the user's permissions toggled.

    Note: To add a new user to an account, click on Add a New User in the Permissions window. Learn more about adding usernames to your account
