pay bill via X1 my account app not working

Does anyone know why I can not pay my bill using the my account app on our X1? It just always tells me that there is no valid payment method set up for the account. But there is a payment method set up already, I have my visa card saved on the account.

Hello unicat, I can certainly assist to see if we can get your bill pay working using the X1 My Account app. Are you able to pay your bill using the My Account app for Android or Apple IOS?

I do not have an Android or Apple. Paying online works for me on my computer, but not on the X1. It still is saying that I do not have a valid payment method set up for the primary user of this account, but there is a payment method already set up.

unicat -- We'll need to do a data refresh on your box. This will knock it out temporarily for a few minutes. Can you let me know when a good time to do that would be?
