nomorobo enrollment

trying to sign up for nomorobo.  instructions say to access connect portal then click preferences then click voice and then edit advanced call forwarding. I cant find any of these tabs

similar problem. i get error pages on the comcast site. i emailed comcast customer care and they are no help. don't waste your time. comcast doesn't really want to solve this problem - they make money off of millions of robocalls, just like every other phone carrier.
