incorrect service address on "My Account" billing address

incorrect service address on "My Account" billing address

Trying to correct incorrect city address on 'Pay Bill' in My Account. Customer service routes me to a "no longer working" number. Billing address must be correct to pay bill on line.

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and state the issue to a CSR who can change the account information.
