why is my account still showing "Your automatic payment of $215.12 will process on October 17, 2017." this should have been changed yesterday I was told my new payment would be lower as yiou have on file

Sorry for the delayed response. Where are you seeing this info? Can you confirm if the information for your autopay has updated? Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for the information to be reflected on your end.
