Xfinity app for my account

i have recently moved .i switched my service to new address ,everything is working fine except the app for xfinity i use to pay my bill Smiley Sad when i sign in it says i no longer have service.i would like this working again please it is a quick easy way to pay my bill ,i appreciate the help and would like this resolved without a half hour to hour phone call again Smiley Sad thank you
