Xfinity My Account app

When I sign into my account app it tells me I'm no longer an Xfinity customer talked to tech at Comcast could not help tried reinstalling the app still no change anybody have an idea used different usernames and reset password

contact 800-Comcast and select billing. The representative will verify you and then can help fix the account username signin issues.
