Xfinity My Account App stuck on TV outage in your area

My "My Account" app has been showing "An issue with your TV service"  for about 2 weeks now "with no resolution time right now".

 

There has been no problem with my TV service during the time this message has been posted. I suspect something in the app is stuck.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

See if logging out of the APP and logging back in clears the message.
