Unlink old account

I reasearch this topic and was not able to find how to do this myself.  Can someone from customer service remove my old account?  It is causing frustration when I log in using my mobile app.

Hi dmolden2056,

 

Your user name needed to be transferred over to your new account. I made that change for you. Give it a try when you can to make sure you can see your new account info.
