Unable to sign in to "My Account"

Am able to sign in to Comcast & read mail etc. Unable to sign in to "my account page. Have spent much time in chat & on phone to no reliable resolve. Worked temporarily.  I did move over a year ago.

Noticed it working again today. Thank you. Not certain what corrected it or why there was such lengthy chats.phone calls and service calls. Am happy it works presently though. Thanks again.
