TV service no longer shows on app

TV service no longer shows on app

I have both Internet and TV and I could manage both on the app and i reduced the number of cable boxes I have and not the app says I do not have xfinity tv Service as noted in picture is shows internet only before yesterday it showed internet and tv

first step to try is to go into settings, and sign out (log off). then log back in. did that fix the problem? can you use the same ID to login to the tv.Xfinity.com site and it works?

Have tried that, when I log in online I see everything all my equipment and I did see everything on my app before I took back one of my boxes. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Same problem here. Except I'm missing both TV and Phone (have the Triple Play). Only internet is showing. All showed before I had a mess and where tech had to come and replaced the modem a few times. Thanks! -Tim

fastest way is to take a phone picture of the information tag on the current modem and call 800-Comcast and select billing and ask to update the record to show your current modem/gateway.
