Switching from secondary to primary user

Somehow, I'm listed as a "secondary" on our account, and not sure how that happened, but it's preventing me from adding an additonal user name.

My name and email address are listed on the account and it is dedeucted from my bank account....how can I rectify this? Thanks in advance.

call 800-Comcast and select billing and relate what you said here.
