I have been a customer for awhile - I recently upgraded my plan - if I go to shop/upgrade or my plan I receive a message to call Xfinity. The message says Hi, looks like you are a Netflix customer. I have called numerous times and I get no help. I need to order the WiFi pods

It just means to contact them at 800-Comcast and select billing or Customer service depending on your needs.

Yes - I click add to cart - it will then prompt me to sign in - then I get this screen
