Separate ACTUAL cost of internet access from my "Preferred Double Play" monthly bill.

How does one figure what the actual costs are for accessing the internet when subscribing to "Preferred Double Play".

Yes, the bill shows taxes and various fees but nothing indicates what part of all of this reflects internet access.

On line Help and Support neither recognizes the question nor offer an explanation.

Xfinity does not separate out the actual cost of each service if you have a bundle -- your "Preferred Double Play" service is a bundle. Online help and support does not recognize your question or offer an explanation because the answer is "we cannot separate out the actual cost" -- which is, of course, not the answer you want to hear. If you find out differently, let me know, because I want to know too.
