I recently used someone elses ipad and thought I logged out, but apparently I did not.  They are now using the app for their own personal use.  I am seeing movies and shows listed under my recently watched, that I did not watch.  I changed my password, but it is still happening.  What can I do to permanently log them out?  Help!

Hello sandybeaches77 and Topgun302, I have reviewed both of your requests for your XFINITY log in/ credentials issue. I have sent a signal to deprovision all of the streaming devices to your account(s).  This means you will have to completely log back in on each device you would like to use XFINITY Stream service on. This should alleviate the problem if someone else was using your login credentials. 

 

Please verify on your end that this has resolved your issue. 

 

For future reference, you can visit this page to log in and choose which devices you would like to stop streaming to:
