My first name has been misspelled from Calis to Cables

Hi calisamo, is your name misspelled on the account or within your username for Comcast sign in? If your name is misspelled on the account then you must go into a local Comcast service center with your ID to have it corrected. If your name is misspelled within your username you can sign in online and click users/preferences and change the name there.
