DVR Info

DVR Info

I’m trying to find out where I can go to see my DVR usage info (hours/gigs used-remaining. I used chat with tech support and he said it’s in the My Account App. under Device Info/settings. The version of the My Account App I have doesn’t have anything that resembles this. I can go into Tv then click on each box. But all this shows is Rename-Support-and device model and serial #. Any help on where I can find this Info is appreciated.

if you want to use an app to view your in home recordings percent full and recordings etc run the Xfinity TV Remote app. select DVR manager and 'my recordings' and at the top it will tell you the %full. to see the number of recordings, use the X1 tv and view recordings (will show the number and the percent full). The hard drive in the home uses less space for SD, more for HD. (app description above is for iOS devices. for Android, select the menu icon then recordings.
