Complete Recovery

Complete Recovery

I received an email from Complete Recovery and I'm trying to figure out why.  My contract is not up and just because I'm behind on my bill and service has been disconnected, doesn't mean that I won't be paying and don't want the service.  If I send the equipment back is Comcast going to charge me for early termination?

Hi, FieryFiona - The services got completely disconnected and if you would like to restore we will need to receive a payment. Please send me a private message with your name, address, and a phone number to discuss additional details.
