Comcast Text Messaging not working (Mobile app or online)

I've called a instant messaged comcast several times on the issue. Every time they create a ticket and say someone will work on in and call me back in 24-72 hours. I call back and they say ticket has been closed, we then trouble shoot and open a new ticket. I called again today and another ticket has been opened CR429513517. I don't have confidence my issue will be resolved.


I cannot send or recieve texts, can someone at comcast make sure this ticket is resolved before its closed. I do pay for this service, so I'd like to have it.Capture.PNG
