Channel Lineup Wrong

In the Xfinity My Account app and in my online account my channel lineup is incorrect. How do a get a lineup that reflects my actual lineup?

call into billing at 800-Comcast and ask them to verify your account address information is correct. If it is, ask the representative to do a deep background account refresh (can take up to an hour to complete. did that fix your problem?
