Cannot login into MyAccount App in iPhone after January update

The login page appears and I do not get an error message, but it just stays there and it does not let me login.  I already tried deleting app, rebooting and reinstalling app.  It did not help.  I also tried deleting Safari cookies since login happens through Safari but it did not help either.  The app is very useful for troubleshooting and managing my data quota so I want it back. Any idea what can be done to fix this issue?  It seems to be device specific because the app still works in my iPad.

Have same issue with the Account app and connect app.  I was fine until I upgraded the IOS version to 10.3 Beta 1 about 2 days ago.  What did you mean January update?

Solution

You were right.  It was iOS 10.3 beta 1 that broke it.  I just downloaded the second beta and the problem is now solved.  Thanks!
