Can't manage acct

Can't manage acct

I am frustrated with the fact I can't manage my acct. Then when I call in to make a change the reps tell me I can't have that deal unless I click it myself which I tell them it won't allow me sends me to them and we go round in circles about having the ability to do it myself. Also can't access deals, keeps kicking me out and making me re-sign back in
