Bundle deals for existing Comcast customers

I have been a customer for comcast for years and my bill has increased dramatically from last year. August of last year my bill was $149 and currently it has increased to $241 a month after they add in the monthly rental price for the modem and all the other fees. I have called and asked Comcast reps to help me find a more affordable package and they are unwilling to work with me, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
