Bill increase

Talked to A  C.S.R today about my bill going up by almost 100.00 dollars , wanted to see if it could be lowered . They were no help . If I cant get a Lower rate I guess its time to switch providers . Love Comcast but not for almost 240.00 a month . Any suggestions.
