Account Set up

Hi I am stuck at account set up -  specifically personal email address.  

Will not accept my personal email which is a comcast domain and system will not accept secondary personal gmail address. 

Therefore, account is stuck at 75% complete?  Please help.

I dont really know what this is even for.  I have had an account for 18 years!
