xfinity mobile says im not a customer

I have been with Xfinity Mobile for some time now and am currently having issues with my account saying i am not a cusomer.

I have contacted twice now and spent a fair bit of time on the phone being told that it's a common issue when you transfer internet services to a new address. I was told to wait 24hrs and it would be fixed. Unfortuantly it has not..
