"You are not a customer yet" problem with XFINITY MOBILE account

Last Thursday, my xfinity mobile phone stopped working for no reason (I did not move nor change anything.)

After several calls to support, my mobile phone was "re-activated": I am able to call and receive phone calls.

 

However, when I login to my xfinity mobile account, I see the message "You are not a customer yet". I am unable to see my cell phone and billing information.

 

Several calls to support did not resolve this issue. This forum is my last hope.

Can somebody help?

I called support again and this time a very nice Tech support person fixed the problem. Many thanks!!!
