more info on my mobile order

i Placed an order for mobile devices and i was asked to upload my ID and utility bill..

ive waited and waited there is no response again.

i called the verification team and they said i need to verify some info over the phone and i did just that.

still i am not getting any update on my order.

i need my mobile devices very urgent.....pls what should i do again????????
